We make a 4 ft x 14 ft solar support panel from .024 thick aluminum for 3M using a progressive die so our capacity is very broad and customers are quite diverse.
Both progressive dies for high volume (EAU'S from 10,000 to millions) and single stage dies for larger parts and/or lower volumes (EAU'S from 1,000 to 10,000).

Over 25 years ago our import division of bilingual, USA based, foundry experts teamed up with our China suppliers. We started importing 200-300 tons of castings a month for our large trucking customers requiring ppap and tight foundry controls. We worked with them setting up quality control in China so parts would be inspection would not need to be done in the states. We handle all of the customer service in the states. We contact China at night and have you information in the morning. We travel to China and have a long-term relationship with our import partners. This creates a very safe and easy option to save a lot of money and have excellent quality and service in every way. We have strong suppliers for virtually every metal product. Castings, forgings, stampings, machining, fabrications, etc.
