Stampings:

• Only domestic supplier we have that can beat Chinese pricing. (on high volume stampings, due to efficiencies) 100% on time, and many years
• Stamped parts, tooling, and assembly (Spot, MIG & TIG & Robotic welded, riveted
• Metals from .005 to .500 thick and some plastic sheet.
• Presses from 30 tons to 500 tons with bed sizes up to 4 ft x 7 ft we  make very small parts (small automotive terminal pins) up to very large parts (slot machine cabinets).
• We make a 4 ft x 14 ft solar support panel from .024 thick aluminum for 3M using a progressive die so our capacity is very broad and customers are quite diverse.
• Both progressive dies for high volume (EAU'S from 10,000 to millions) and single stage dies for larger parts and/or lower volumes (EAU'S from 1,000 to 10,000).
• 2 PEM inserting machines for nut and stud inserting.
• Outside vendors for heat treating, deburring, plating, painting and powder coating.
• Normal lead times are 2-4 weeks once tooling is completed
